Our ethos is all about putting great taste and textures at the heart of everything we do. We believe that Britain is in the midst of a fine food renaissance, and yet, for all our region’s tireless work and thriving artisan food & drink community, the North East doesn’t always get a fair rub of the green plaudits wise.
Our stance is one of always going the extra yard, never contemplating compromise and never wondering, ‘I wish we’d been a little braver with our flavours.’
