Needless to say Ian Winton is no novice to sublime, jaw-dropping patisserie having been Sous Chef at Truffles Patisserie, Head Chef at The Berkeley Hotel (Knightsbridge), Raffles Brown, Le Meridien and last but not least, The Goring Hotel (Belgravia). If that resume wasn’t impressive enough, Ian also spent time spreading the word at the Le Corden Bleu Cookery School.
