NEW DIRECTIONS IN 2017
We’re very keen to broaden our flavour repertoire in 2017 which is why afternoon tea (think Claridges style fancies, small tarts and truffles) will become a priority over the coming months. Gluten-free is another sector we’d like to explore further because this is a dynamic sector that richly deserves some more ‘premium input’.
